O KIA e-Niro na categoria de melhor automóvel elétrico; Toyota Corolla Touring Hybrid (carro híbrido e Plug In) e Viseu, eleita na categoria Cidade foram três dos vencedores da segunda edição dos Global Mobi Awards by PRIO 2109, uma iniciativa do Global Media Group/Motor24 em parceria com a PRIO.
Estiveram a concurso, nas diversas categorias, mais de seis dezenas de projetos do setor da mobilidade inteligente.
Estes prémios estão divididos em duas grandes áreas: uma destinada a produtos, veículos e tecnologias e outra reservada a práticas, projetos e organizações do setor da mobilidade.
O júri, presidido por Robert Stussi, constituído por jornalistas, académicos, especialistas em mobilidade e transportes e representantes de empresas e associações, atribuiu sete prémios e ainda seis menções honrosas.

O prémio Cidades foi atribuído ao projeto de mobilidade urbana de Viseu (MUV), enquanto o projeto para descarbonização dos transportes públicos de Coimbra dos Serviços Municipalizados de Transportes e Urbanismo de Coimbra (SMTUC) venceu o prémio destinado a Empresas/Organizações.
Na categoria Cidadania, a vitória foi para as oficinas colaborativas promovidas pelo MUV Fundão, apresentado pela Bag Consulting e pela Câmara Municipal do Fundão.
No que respeita aos prémios destinados aos produtos, tecnologias e veículos, os vencedores foram: Kia E-Niro (Carro Elétrico), Toyota Corolla Touring Hybrid (Carro Híbrido e Plug In), Alkè n1 (Veículo Elétrico Leve), Addvolt Plug-In System (Tecnologia de Apoio).
Foram ainda atribuídas menções honrosas à Câmara Municipal de Famalicão; Porto Santo fossil free Island; ALD Automotive; Avis Budget; FPAK e Taça de Portugal de novas energias.
